Rachel Steer, Viticulturist and Grower Relationship Manager

I manage Chapel Hill’s own vineyards and work closely with our independent growers to achieve the best possible fruit from each vineyard and vintage. Much of my work agrees with biodynamic principles and a respect for water resources. Our irrigation water is sourced from local waste water, and we are improving our bore water quality whilst increasing rain water catchments. Working with Michael and Bryn, we strive for that delicate balance of providing the outstanding fruit they require, and production that is healthy and sustainable for the future.
