Wednesday

* McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon

Thursday

* Single Block and McLaren Vale (continuing) Cabernet Sauvignon

* Parson Shiraz

* Bush Vine Grenache

Friday

* Parson Shiraz (continuing)

The white ferments are all going dry and we are working on the Verdelho blends today.

Shiraz is looking great across the board.  The Road Block is being racked to oak tomorrow and is surely the best we have seen yet and hopefully the House Block will scrub up well too.   The House Block was picked a week later so is only at the start of ferment.
