Which package did I sign up for?

To find out, simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’. Under your Subscriptions it will show your membership type.

Can I select multiple packs or change my pack after I sign up?

The VIP is all about you, our VIP. You can make as many changes as you like, either through the website, by email or over the phone. You can also view your history and see and review the wines you have received.

How are the wines in my pack selected?

The wines are curated by our winemakers based on their ideal drinking windows and release dates. The VIP packs exist to showcase pre-release and new release wines. We will endeavour not to have repeat wines and we will never use the packs to clear old stock.

Can I change the wines in my pack?

Not as this stage. This may become an option in the future.

Can I add more wine to my package?

Absolutely, anytime. Just send an email to sales@chapelhillwine.com.au.

Is it possible to delay or skip a shipment?

Lots of our members travel, for business and pleasure, so it is imperative to be flexible to their needs. Members can choose to delay/skip a shipment by logging into their account or calling our team.

Is it easy to update my details?

You can do this by simply logging into your account or calling our team.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can opt out at any time, for any reason. We do require you to do this prior to your card being charged for the next shipment.

When does my card get charged?

The card is charged on the first day of the month your shipment is due. Freight will begin leaving the winery after the seventh day. Please allow 10 days for delivery.

Will you contact me before my card is charged?

Of course. You will be contacted 7-14 days prior to your card being charged. This will give you plenty of time to update card details, delivery preferences or to delay/skip your shipment.
