Title: Halliday Wine Companion
Description: Pulling this wine from the fridge, I initially felt it a bit unfilfilled. Wonderful aromas of Asian basil, nettle, mint, and grapefruit peel muddled with ginger come through, albeit a bit flat. The problem was the temperature. As it warms in the glass, this textural, mid-weight white punches far beyond the varietal norm, delivering an uncanny meld of gulpability and complexity witha whirl of energy.

Passionfruit with hints of wild thyme & Thai mint. Textural. Mossy Rock, gooseberry acidity with a lemon pith finish. Wild yeasts, wild malo and no additions other than a little lick of sulphur to keep the nasty bugs at bay. Bottled hazy without filtration.
