The Devil is sourced from our foundation 0.8 ha block on the Chapel Hill Estate. The ancient geology, unique sloping aspect and patient viticulture has resulted in a distinctive wine, our very best. The Devil is in the detail of the winemaking, with precise ratios of new to seasoned oak, careful and gentle plunging and minimal additions. An elegant Shiraz, the purity and balance shine through and promise silky smooth enjoyment for years to come.
