Chapel Hill Sparkling is an invitation to enjoy the noble sparkling varietals, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. Chardonnay provides fruit purity, finesse, citrus blossom flavours and refreshing acidity. Pinot Noir contributes mouthfeel, fresh strawberry flavours and palate length. Bottle fermented with an average of 24 Months on yeast lees. This provides a delicious creamy texture and complexity by providing subtle flavour nuances of brioche and almond meal.
